Every motherhood journey is different. I, my mother, my friends, my siblings and etc has some different particular way become mother. Some moms find fulfillment in staying at home to raise their kids, while some moms thrive in balancing a career and caring for their children. No matter the circumstance, moms are free to choose whatever path they want to take. Every mom is different, and her situation might not align with yours. Just like every child grows and develops differently. Some moms enjoy the quality one on one time with their kids, while others are itching to resume their careers. No one Mom either is a better or worse mom.

I have my thought, while working moms or stay at home moms never being  appreciated. While, we are as working moms, the other said "Öh, you couldn`t care your children". While, we are as stay at home mother, the other said "oh you are very depending on your husband". people at +62 extreamly horrible, their mouth like a monster. Actually, I salute for mothers who do not work and decide to care for children at home and standing applause for all of them. They are fulfilling life for their families, as best as they're able to,

I spend busy days working, parenting and housekeeping. I have many challenges after we deliver a child — difficulty finding nanny or day care, difficulty securing the same position as before at the office after returning from maternity leave. I call it most-favoured nations treatment with single people or man worker. It means why single worker or man worker has different treatment with marriage woman. They supposed to that we are poor to work, out of focus, slacker and lag with others. Hinge on people is very tired, anything we performed always mistaken. Even thought, they are greatly contributed when she is single. Maybe, I often being solo parenting due to my husband overtime work or his business trips and so on. So this is the reason why many working moms tend to slow down their work style because of these conditions whether they would like to or not. For example, they move to a department where there is no overtime, or they choose to have shorter hours to secure time to take care of their children after work, or decline a promotion to a management position to avoid further committing to work.

Conclusion — whatever you are, working moms or stay at home moms, be a happiest mommy. Seriously, do whatever that makes you happy. Don't disguise emotions in people and always be patient with your children. Because you don`t need any impressing and granting from people. Stay being happy moms, not worker moms or stay at home moms. XO XO

Bagi kalian yang lahir pada era tahun 1990-an, pasti tidak familiar dengan sosok Mr. Clean saat itu. Beliau adalah Mari`e Muhammad, Menteri Keuangan tahun 1993-1998 yang terkenal dengan integeritas dan kejujurannya pada masa dimana KKN berkembang pesat pada era tersebut. Bapak Mari`e Muhammad merupakan satu - satunya Menteri Keuangan yang yang diangkat dari internal Kementerian Keuangan sendiri, sebelumnya beliau adalah Dirjen Pajak dari tahun 1988-1993. Salah satu prestasinya adalah berani menagih pajak dari presiden saat itu dan berhasil mengumpulkan 19 T dari target penerimaan negara 10 T. Sungguh luar biasa bukan? seandainya masih ada sosok seperti itu saat ini.

Bicara sosok Mr.Clean saat ini, apakah mungkin ada di era lingkungan pemerintahan saat ini. Jawabannya ada. Saya menyebutnya dengan "beliau". Beliau merupakan ASN dari salah satu instansi basah di Indonesia, namun integeritasnya perlu diacungi jempol. salah satu contoh nyata adalah ketika diminta untuk menjadi peserta pada suatu acara rapat koordinasi di Jakarta, beliau menerima sejumlah honor yang secara peraturan melebihi pagu pada saat itu. Lalu apa yang terjadi, apakah uang tersebut diambil? jawabannya IYA. Namun, uang tersebut kemudian beliau setorkan ke KPK dan hanya mengambil sejumlah uang yang merupakan honor sesuai ketentuan peraturan yang ada. Disitu saya sangat salut dengan integeritas beliau dalam bekerja dan jujur. Sangat sulit menemukan sosok beliau yang berintegeritas sebagai ASN. Saya sangat bangga dengan beliau dan berharap menjadi teladan saya dalam bekerja. Jika Bapak Mariè Muhammad memiliki prinsip "Jika seseorang tidak amanah dengan uang, bagaimana dengan yang lain?", maka Beliau memiliki 3 prinsip dalam hidupnya yang insya allah akan saya teladani.

1. "apa yang saya terima kelak akan saya pertanggungjawabkan walaupun cuma sebuih sabun"

2. "saya tidak akan memberi makan istri dan anak saya dari uang haram"

3. "di dalam rezeki yang kita terima, ada hak orang lain di dalamnya"

sangat beruntung saya dapat bertemu dengan beliau. Semoga beliau selalu menginspirasi kita semua.
